I am Jasmin, a Holistic Cancer Coach based in beautiful Puget Sound's Olympia, Washington.
My goal is to help individuals navigate the overwhelming and complex world of cancer. Whether you are seeking all measures to prevent a cancer diagnosis, were recently diagnosed, are currently in active or completed conventional and/or alternative treatment, or a long term survivor focused on preventing recurrence - I am more than happy to assist you in the voyage, and provide all the information and referrals you need to make informed and confident decisions as well as rediscover your joy for living a full, rich and meaningful life.

Why holistic? because you are not your cancer! You are a wonderful, complex, whole being! Healing happens when we embrace the body, mind and soul connection. My approach is host (you!) oriented, not tumor oriented.

I am a breast cancer survivor myself. I journeyed through my own healing using conventional, alternative holistic modalities. I view myself as a thriver and live each day with my wellness in mind rather than my illness.
My research is extensive in the field of cancer as well as healthy living. I am one of two certified coaches in the state of Washington with the "Center for Advancement in Cancer Education" organization. My specialties are: Diet and Nutrition, Meditation and Spiritual Teaching, Turning Trauma into Triumph, Tri-Lingual Coaching (Arabic, Italian, English).
I provide in person consultation as well as long distance via phone and skype consultation.

I have named the site after my beautiful zia (Italian for aunt) Flora - who passed away in 1999 of cancer. I honor her and use the memory of her kind and altruist soul as the fuel for my purpose in life.
